I was born in Costa Rica, came to this country in 2014, started working in the family business; Insurance. Since then, I have learned so much.
I love helping people, understanding that every person is unique and have different needs, empathizing with the customer, I will say is one of my best qualities, taking the time to make sure they understand coverage options, whether that’s auto, home, commercial and more.
Getting to know people from all over the world is one the things I love about this job.
In most cases when given the opportunity to review coverage, I am able to provide equal or better coverage at lower rates. Whether that’s auto, home, commercial and more.
I am fluent in Spanish and English and versatile in Italian.

Desde entonces he adquirido mucho conocimiento en la industria lo que me capacita para poder ayudar a los clientes a entender las diferentes opciones en coverturas; ya sea en seguro de auto, casa, negocio y mucho mas.
En la mayoria de los casos logro ofrecer igual o mejor covertura a precios mas accesibles.
Una de mis mayores cualidades es la de empatizar con el cliente, entendiendo que cada persona tiene necesidades y situaciones diferentes.
En este trabajo, tengo la oportunidad de conocer personas de todo el mundo, lo que lo hace muy interesante.
